ZAC Basis creates Calif. program
The ZAC Basis, a Greenwich-based nationwide nonprofit devoted to bettering water security, introduced its partnership with the Ben Carlson Memorial & Scholarship Basis, a California-based nonprofit selling seaside and ocean security and helping in larger training for lifeguards.
