Intermittent lane closures planned along Greenwich’s Arch Street; construction promises less traffic

GREENWICH — The 1000’s of motorists driving on Arch Avenue on daily basis might quickly see much less site visitors as Part Two of the Arch Avenue Hall Site visitors Enhancements Venture begins Monday, the Greenwich Public Works Division stated in an announcement.
