An off-duty San Francisco police officer was arrested Wednesday evening on suspicion of robbing a San Mateo Ceremony Help, police instructed SFGATE.
KTVU reported that Sgt. Davin Cole allegedly ran away from officers earlier than being arrested.
Cole faces fees of theft within the second diploma and resisting arrest on the Ceremony Help at 666 Concar Drive at about 6 p.m., the San Mateo Police Division mentioned.
“The data may be very restricted as to what we will share,” San Mateo police spokesperson Alison Gilmore mentioned. “We do not need to do something that may compromise the continuing investigative course of.”
Cole was booked in a San Mateo County jail Nov. 3 and is now not in custody after posting bond Nov. 4, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace’s corrections division instructed SFGATE.
The San Francisco Police Division mentioned Cole joined the division on Jan. 24, 1994. Cole most lately labored for the sphere operations bureau and on Nov. 4, he was placed on unpaid go away pending an inner investigation, SFPD mentioned.
